We offer you everything you need for the perfect grown-up getaway for true peace and quiet. Our adult only accommodation is quietly settled within the serene and often breathtaking scenery of beautiful Teesdale, with its neighbouring towns of Richmond and Barnard Castle offering great food, entertainment and historic attractions. Meanwhile, Teesdale itself is overflowing with beautiful landmarks, abundant wildlife and a whole host of surprises throughout its landscape.

Our park itself is quiet and surrounded by nature, with our cottages offering everything you need for a self-catering retreat, while our hideaways are the ideal romantic haven for couples looking for a weekend away.

Opening Dates

We are open 11 months and closed between January 31st until February 21st.
